A structured and progressive strength training programme for women who want to build muscle, support their joints and future-proof their bodies. MARCH OFFER: Save £20 the first month

Lift for Life is a structured strength training programme for women in midlife. With progressive workouts, clear technique guidance and direct access to me inside the app, you build measurable strength across the weeks by following expertly sequenced sessions in order - rather than jumping between standalone workouts. You develop technique, control and confidence before progressing to the next phase of the programme. Each level builds deliberately on the last, so you’re never guessing what to do next or whether you’re doing enough. This isn’t a collection of disconnected classes. It’s a clear path with defined progression, thoughtful programming and coaching support inside the app. Because strength isn’t built through constant variety. It’s built through intelligent progression.
- Structured levels designed to be followed in order - Every week builds on the last, with clear progression - Pre-recorded, follow-along sessions (all under 30 minutes) - Step-by-step coaching so it feels like training alongside me
- Ask questions about technique, load or modifications - Get reassurance if something doesn’t feel quite right - Direct access to me inside the app so you’re never left guessing
-Share your wins - big or small - Get support when life or niggles get in the way - Train alongside women building strength at the same stage of life
- Designed around the realities of this life stage - Programming that supports joints, recovery and fluctuating energy - Guidance when niggles or setbacks arise so you can continue training safely
- Build consistency beyond the workouts - Reinforce the daily behaviours that support strength and recovery - Create routines that make training easier to sustain
- Full strength workout library - Core strength sessions - Mobility & recovery - Balance training - Bands & bodyweight options - Technique & modification tutorials - Warm-ups & cool-downs - High-protein recipes

Lift for Life is exactly what I was looking for to help me commit to strength training on an ongoing basis. The program is super flexible in terms of difficulty and speed of progression. I appreciate the constant tips and focus on proper form and Kate is very responsive to queries and her videos feel very personal and motivational. The extra resources on the app are a bonus. After three months on the program I can highly, highly recommend Lift for Life and am feeling all the positive effects!

Kate’s Lift for Life program is superb. It’s like having a personal trainer in your living room. Kate’s attention to technique and form ensures you get the most out of your workout and see real progress. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very much enjoying the routines; how you structure and build each session, introduce variety and keep it interesting. Previously, 'doing weights' has felt like a chore, but your approach has changed this, helped me embrace lifting weights with renewed energy and I'm already seeing the results.

Kate makes me feel good about what I’m doing with strength training at 56 years old. I love her positive attitude and how we should all be thankful for our bodies especially as we get older. She is kind, compassionate and patient. I love looking for long term consistency versus instant results. Her on-line platform to chat with other attendees is really terrific. Thank you Kate, I love having this community.

I've struggled for years trying to maintain a strength-training routine and needed a routine with variety that included several workouts a week at less than 30 minutes each. And I REALLY wanted progression, which is hard when I just pick random workouts off YouTube or other fitness apps (been there done that). I needed an encouraging and knowledgeable trainer who gives options and adaptations and good instructions. BOOM BABY I got it all with Kate and her online program Lift for Life.

As someone who wanted to start weight training for years but not known where to start, you make it super accessible, give clear instructions on how to get the most out of each exercise, engage the right muscles and importantly avoid injury! Am feeling so much stronger after just 3 months! 💪🏻

Hi, In my late 40s, perimenopause hit harder than I expected. Joint pain, poor sleep, brain fog and unpredictable mood swings made me realise I couldn’t just carry on as I had been. As I started researching what was happening, I discovered something that genuinely shifted my perspective: strength training wasn’t optional anymore. If I wanted to feel strong now and capable later, it had to become a non-negotiable. That realisation led me to leave a 25-year corporate career at 50 and retrain as a Personal Trainer. Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of women in midlife to build strength safely, progressively and with confidence. What I see again and again is this: when women follow a structured, progressive programme - rather than jumping between workouts - they stop second-guessing themselves and start seeing real change. Women tell me they feel stronger within weeks. More capable. More confident. More in control of their bodies. And over time, that strength compounds - supporting your joints, protecting your bones, and giving you the physical capacity to keep doing what you love, for as long as you choose. That’s what drives me. To help every woman inside Lift for Life build strength she can rely on - and make it a habit for life. Kate x
